Both are excellent school district's with great track records. Both have grown tremendously over the last decade with 3 high schools in each district now. Olentangy is a lot more far reaching in terms of total area in Delaware County. Dublin School district does not encompass the vast distance in area. Interestingly enough....I attended Dublin the 1970's and 80's and it has changed from a small school district to one of the state's largest for cities of 35,000. Olentangy has experienced the same type of growth in one of the United States's largest growth areas over the last several years in Delaware County.

Several questions for you: 1.) Are you buying existing vs. building? 2.) What price range are you searching>?
3.) When do you plan on moving...now before the school year starts or in another year or two? 4.) Does traffic bother you? 5.) Where is your current or new job position located?

They are BOTH excellent school districts. If you are a home builder, you will not go wrong with either district.
