Home buyers ready to view properties can always find an accomodating realtor. Have you been pre-approved? The approval process lets buyers know how much they can afford in their purchaseand lets their realtor know they are serious. You are in the month of October and the amount of housing inventory is low overall for Broward county. I was in Davie yesterday and there are som great homes to view.

Any real estate agent can help you see a property. The listing agent can also show it to you. They represent the seller though, and their loyalty lies there.

The best way to see a property is to contact a local Realtor. You may want to speak to several before you decide who you would like to work with. It's important to work with someone who you have confidence in, should you decide to make an offer and ultimately purchase a home. Check out the agent's website...you may get some good information, and can go on from there. Realtors have all the listings available through the local MLS, so you may want to pick out some properties from the many websites available, or leave it to your agent to choose the properties that meet your specifications. The MLS is up to date, so anything that your agent shows you should be available.
