how to transfer my co-op to my son ? Sell, will or power of attorney ?

I want my son own my co-op if i pass away.

You can will the apartment to him, but he might need to pass the Board to actually inherit the apartment. You should check the by-laws - or ask the managing agent go over them with you and ask a friendly member of the Board if they have any advice. Of course, you would want the advice of your attorney. i would think that any NYC area Probate Lawyer would be able to point you in the right direction.
