If such a thing existed, I would have bought them all up myself.

Please DO NOT pay someone to provide you with a list of "Dollar Homes". You'll just be falling prey to a scam.

I would be happy to discuss your property needs with you and find the right new home for you.

If something sounds TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, It usually IS!

I believe the City of Philadelphia had a program where neighboring property owners could buy an adjacent abandoned, tax-delinquent property for a ridiculously low price. That was an old program that existed prior to 2002, when the real estate market started to heat up with Buyers returning to the City, reversing the suburban sprawl.

There are no homes currently available for $1.00 anymore.

If you'd like some professional help finding good investment properties that will secure you a very nice return, please feel free to contact me directly.

Have a Happy Healthy Peaceful & Prosperous New Year!
