Your best bet is to contact a Realtor that is familiar with the area you are interested in. Their local MLS should be able to identify the features of the lots and land available ... mountain views, valley veiws, level, sloped, etc, etc. If it doesn't , any "good" Realtor should know what is available in the area . They can also asist you in determining the value of the property and negoiating a price.
