I always recommend that my clients drive through a neighbrohood they are interested in, preferably on the weekend when neighbors are home. Get out to Lexington Commons, get out of your car, walk around, say hello to folks outside and ask questions! The neighbors will tell you anything and everything - the good as well as the bad! They will tell you just how safe they feel in the neighborhood.

Best of luck with your move!

Good afternoon, Tamera:
Trulia has a great crime map for this area athttp://www.trulia.com/local/#crimes/hwy-51--park-road-charlotte. You can also call the local police precinct non-emergency number and ask to speak with the officer who patrols a specific address (if you are in the area, dial 311 and ask for police non-emergency). Finally, you can talk to the neighbors about the community, watch programs and other things that affect safety. They should give you a good idea of the activity there. If you appreciate an answer, please give thumbs up. For the most helpful answer, please say thanks with a best answer click.

Good morning!

John is correct. We, as Agents, cannot speak about crime and safety. I refer my Clients to cmpd.org. There you can search by address and check out the crime stats. I also think knocking on some doors in the Complex might help you. Alot of times Neighbors will tell you what you need to know.

Please let me know how I can assist you further!

Best,
Debbie

Goodmorning Tammy!

Realtors are not allowed to disclose this specfic information. I can direct you to Trulia's awesome feature, crime maps - http://www.trulia.com/local/#crimes/charlotte-nc

They allow you to zoom in on certain areas to see the amounts and types of crimes reported in certain areas.

Call or email me directly if you have any specific questions or would like to set up a showing on a home!

Thanks!
