It depends on the type of property 25% is what I think the average but your mortgage broker is the most qualified person to answer. If you need any recommendations please visit my website.

It also depends on the type of property so the range could be 20-30%. Some lenders will vary and have different programs so i would check with several so you can get an idea

25% for 2 unit
3-4 might be 30 but I'm thinking 25. I need to check

Often 30% down, some times you can find lenders that would let you put 20% or 25% down.
