Goran! I am afraid that your question speaks of something you have misunderstood and also speaks mountains about how important it would be for you to have a good agent representing you. As a buyer, an agen'ts help is free to you! Ask your friends and family to refer someone with a lot of experience and someone they like and trust to you, or get in contact with the agents who have taken the time to answer you here and choose the one who you have the most confidence in to represent your best interests.. Good luck!

Goran,

i am unclear on what you are tyring to ask. Do you mean how you need to put down. It depends on the loan you are getting. I just wrote a great blog, you can read it on my website http://www.coastalhomesinsandiego.com about the FHA guidelines and how they are changing.

If you have any further questions don't hesitate to email me.

good luck

Your question is horribly incomplete. I have no idea what you are asking or what you are trying to figure out.

If you mean how much money do you need for a down payment there is 0% for a V.A. loan (veterans only) perhaps 0% down for a usda (rural) loan. 3.5% down for FHA financing and 10,20% maybe higher for a conventional loan. That means if you buy a $100k house you would need $3,500 cash for a down payment, You also need more money for closing costs and inspections.
