The home in question you say is a brand new home. I have found one that has been on the market approximately wwithin the same time frame that your question has been posted. It is a 2004 and i s listed at $51. psft.. There have been several sold in the same area in the last 5-6 months that are in the same size and appoximate features. They are comping out at about the same psft. So at if the home is around 3000sqft.and price per sqft is $51, the value the sale price would be Approx.$155,000+.
If you want to know what appraised value is then an appraisal would need to be done to get an accurate value.
