Hello! Not sure which property you are referring to, but HOA is paid by landlord, and not the tenant.
Please let me know if I can help you with finding a place to lease!

Didn't see an address associated with question. If your looking to rent a home usually it is not the responsibility of the tenant to pay the HOA dues. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hey Frances Bean, (I am a big Nirvana fan, LOL)
Your question didn't attach to a property. I live and work in Oceanside, so feel free to email, call or text me the address and I can let you know how much (if any) the HOA dues are.

Thanks!

What property are you referring to?? You'll need to repost with an address or link. Better yet, if you're in the market to buy, you should have a Realtor working for you as a Buyer's Agent. He/she will be able to find out all the info you need on any property you're interested in!
