Once the loan broker has verified all your information, then with his resources, he should have a few different programs available to you within a few hours... There a lot of factors going on now in the lending industry, but if you can answer the lenders questions accurately and then show supporting documentation that you are qualified, there shouldnt be that much problem getting you a loan. If you need a couple referrals for some proven lender that have pulled through for me recently, give me a ring. Always happy to assist.

It should not take more than 30 minutes if he gets a complete loan application and everything is validated.

What information will you provide? What type of loan are you seeking? What is the property type? Owner-occupied or Investment? What is your down payment and approximate FICO Score.? Have you had any Bk's or Foreclosures? Do you have a special circumstance? .... Happy funding, Rudi

If you are asking this question it is taking too long, find a new lender, preferably a direct lender. Like Fred said, your lender should know where to direct your loan after a short conversation with you.

If he's on the ball and has good relationships with his lenders, he should know in less than 24 hrs the best deal for you.

For a normal loan, it takes my about 5 minutes of chatting with you on the phone then I know what lender to send it to and what the cost will be.

It's that simple!
