Hi Shaquita, I am a local Hollywood Hills Realtor and live in the area as well. Its really a great community close to the beaches, a great downtown area and also what moved me here is the fact that we also have the suburban ammenities that arent found near the beaches and the city...Its great that in a ten minute span I can go from Costco to the beach...

Feel free to search for listings and other Hollywood information on my website at ianwolinsky.keyes.com and sign up for my market tracker which will automatically notify you of the recent new listings and sales so that you can better determine and plan for your purchase.

Hello Shaquita,

Hollywood Hills is a very nice community in Hollywood.
To really get to know it, take some time to drive through the streets - to get a feel for the vibe.

Hi Shaquita. Interestingly enough, I grew up in Hollywood Hills. Although the homes are not brand new, it is still considered a nice area to live. It is ideally located near major highways, the Hollywood Beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. What else are you interested in learning about Hollywood Hills?

Please feel free to call me at 561-445-8743 if you'd like to discuss this further or have more questions.

Sincerely,

Shaquita, Hollywood Hills is the second most desired neighborhood in Hollywood after Hollywood Lakes, houses there were originally built much larger than anywhere else in Hollywood, so even if you get an older home, you won't have to spend money to build additions. Most houses are original 3/2s and most have 1 or 2 car garages, pools and good size lots. Right now the prices range between $125-999k. I work primarily with buyers in the South Broward area, if you're not already working with a realtor, feel free to contact me so I can help you find the right home for you, there are no fees charged for my services. Call me at 954-300-2BUY. Thank you.

Everyone has their own opinion so you'll hear a variety of responses. Personally, I like it a lot. It's relatively quiet, most houses are in good shape, you're near the hospital, near I-95, near the airport, etc, etc. I think there's good "bang for the buck" compared to most of Hollywood.

The primary reason I did not buy in Hollywood Hills is that I wanted to be very near the ocean. It's as simple as that. It's only a 10 minute drive to the water, however I wanted to be able to walk it. If that's not important to you, then it's a great place to live.
