The cleveland market is AWESOME! As good as in the mid 2000's.

Great question Jocelyn! Yes, the market is definitely turning around. Home prices are slowing rising and homes are selling at a much faster pace than we've seen since the market crash. We are actually seeing a shortage of homes in the first-time home buyers price range; which makes that segment of the market a sellers market. However, buyers are still seeing some great deals, as the home prices have not yet risen to their pre-crash prices. Hi Jocelyn, the market is very active right now, for homes which are priced correctly. As far as prices, they are not recovering...much. Certain areas have seen prices creep back up, but not to anywhere near the pre-crash levels. If you are looking to buy, it's still the right time. For sellers, homes are moving, but still at prices that may disappoint them! C21.mike@yahoo.com
