Hi Theresa,

it's been a while since you asked this question. Are you still considering the Elms or other neighborhoods in North Charleston? Many builders have buyer incentives going on in July because their fiscal year is ending so they are more open to let product go at lower prices. I have a list of builder incentives if you would like to hear about them.

Best thing to do is call the local police dept and ask about a neighborhood...843-875-1650...hope that helps...it's better to seek their advice and they are the experts on safety and crime.

The Elms is a very nice and quiet retirement community. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to me, as I would be delighted to assist you in anyway. Take Care!

The Elms is a nice quiet community. It is one of the few gated communities we have in the area. If I can assist in any way with questions please let me know.
