Beverly Terrace is a great neighborhood in the Hills of San Carlos. It just depends if you want to be in the hills or int he flatlands. Good and bad to both. Do you like walking to coffee and shops or would you prefer a view? It just depends on what you prefer and go from there.

Beverly Terrace is fine. Anywhere in San Carlos is good.
I have lived in San Carlos and raised my two boys there.
It is a wonderful community and the downtown is now a fairly active place.
I live in White Oaks and love it.
I think it just depends what you like. I kind of prefer the "flat" areas but others may prefer the more "hilly" areas of San Carlos. The "hilly" areas may have slightly larger lots and a little more privacy.
Both kinds of neighborhoods have their pros and cons.
