my boyfriend and i have an accepted offer and are pre-approved for a loan. however, now that we are getting close to the end - our bank is asking us for all these letters of explanation? should we be worried that we wont ge the final approval? we've already got the appraisal and house insurance for a year - if we arent going to get our home... where will all this money go? gone?
we're just very exited and worried - our closing date was already pushed back once because the bank didnt have all it needed from us as far as - letters of explanation about a PO Box Address, a VOR from landlord...

is this gonna be ok??
