Check with the local goverment office where the property is..just tell them you'd like a copy of the property card. They usually charge you a small copy fee (.25 to a $1 per page)

FIRST ANSWER

Public records would be your best bet. There are govt websites where you can get that info or you can go to the recorders office and get the info.
