Newbie,just ask a Realtor to check an address or go online to ur auditors site and it will tell ya what they bought for if just sold,then wont be recorded yet,then ur Realtor can tell you what it sold for.

If you want to check for a sale price yourself you need to go or call the county assessor office. There might be an online link in your area. You can also call any REALTOR and they have access to the information and I'm sure they would love to help you. Sharon
