Contact and invite a few local agents from different realty companies and ask for a cma, comparative market analysis, review the data, ask opinions and gor from there; or consider hiring a professional appraiser...

The best way to understand your home's value in this market is to ask a Realtor to run a market analysis on your house. Many agents will perform this service before listing your home for sale on the market. Contact a local Realtor that you trust and inquire about their procedures.
