Why do you have a low score?

If you have a low score, then most likely you should have at least something on your credit report because otherwise you would not have a score at all in most cases.

You might have limited or no trade lines and some collections or judgments or maybe even a bankruptcy. However, more information is needed to determine your situation. I would recommend that you contact a knowledgeable and professional Mortgage Consultant who can help you determine the best path toward a loan approval and perhaps refer you to a reputable and professional credit repair specialist that can help you clean your credit report.
