FIRST ANSWER

If you are looking for foreclosures here in the Pacific Northwest and more specifically, King County
....you can go to the county website and search for tax foreclosure. Here is the link to King County's website. http://www.kingcounty.gov/operations/finance/treasury/foreclosure/
I do know both King and Snohomish have that info online. Best of luck!

If you are looking on a national level, you can try this website....

To purchase a home you can try a go at it on your own, but would have more knowledge, information and experience on your side by utilizing a licensed real estate agent. Keep in mind there is no cost to work with a buyer's agent since their fees are paid by the seller.
