Your best bet is to find yourself a local real estate professional, like myself, that will be able to assist you regardless of which broker has a property listed. The best news is that our services will cost you absolutely nothing! Our fee is paid by the seller of the home that you will eventually purchase.

It's best to work with a Realtor who can find a home for you. The only way to be certain the property qualifies is to put in the property address on USDA's website and it will tell you.. I would be happy to work with you.. just call or email me..

Go directly to the usda's website and then click on the left column under Single Family homes and input a plant city zip code and it will bring up a map of areas that would qualify for the 100% USDA financing.

Just get with a good Realtor in your area & let him/her do the research for you. It will be so much easier on you. If you see a property of interest, you can also look up the address at the website referenced below & see if it is eligible for USDA financing.
