If you like searching for properties on-line I recommend the newly launched consumer MLS site. You are able to see almost the same information that realtors have access to. The website address is: http://www.MyFloridaHomesMLS.com/LorraineBennett. If you use this link, you should be able to contact me directly from the site regarding any homes which may interest you.

Your best bet is to find yourself a local real estate professional, like myself, that will be able to assist you regardless of which broker has a property listed. The best news is that our services will cost you absolutely nothing! Our fee is paid by the seller of the home that you will eventually purchase.

If you would like me to assist you with you search for a new home, please contact me at your earliest convenience!

It's best to work with a Realtor who can find a home for you. The only way to be certain the property qualifies is to put in the property address on USDA's website and it will tell you.. I would be happy to work with you.. just call or email me..

Go directly to the usda's website and then click on the left column under Single Family homes and input a plant city zip code and it will bring up a map of areas that would qualify for the 100% USDA financing.

Hope this helps!

Just get with a good Realtor in your area & let him/her do the research for you. It will be so much easier on you. If you see a property of interest, you can also look up the address at the website referenced below & see if it is eligible for USDA financing. But, I encourage you to let a Realtor do the work for you. That's what we're trained for & we love to make the home purchase smooth & easy for our buyers. Best wishes!

Hi,
Your agent would be the best resource. Below is the link to the web site that will give you the idea of where to look, I navigated it to the map section where you can click on the county and zoom in, or simply type the address in and it'll tell you wheather, or not it's eligible.
Let me know if I can be of any help. I work the area and would be happy to help.
Sincerely,
