The property taxing authority in your county should have this amount. Goggle your taxing authority for your county and contact them for an answer. If you are still not sure of vlaue, call your bank or mortage company and ask for the name of a local appraiser and have it done professionally. If you appraisal comes out different from the taxing authority, contact them and ask them to lower your property taxes based on your appraisal. Never hurts to ask!

Tax assessors can provide you with the valuations of your property.

Hello Marti,
Your local tax assessor's office will have the valuation based on the taxes. To find out the market value, you should speak to an experienced real estate agent who can discuss with you what comparable lots have recently sold for in the area. Most agents offer this service for free. This should give you a better idea of your lot's worth.
Hope that helps.
Good luck!
