how do i find the specific property lines for a house?
I'm interested in a house that has a "flag lot" and am trying to determine the exact property lines.

FIRST ANSWER
The tax records will give you an idea of the lot lines but a survey is the only reliable way to determine this. In some cases (but not many unless there is significant acreage) the seller will already have a survey on file. Otherwise, you would need to request, and pay for, a survey.
