I am curious to know why you are limiting your search to Fannie Mae homes only. If you are looking for a home to live in as your primary home, a second home or an investment property, there are many options to get great value in "traditional" listings, short sale, or other lender owned properties (REOs). Whoever you ultimately use as your buyer's agent (and I highly recommend that you use a real estate professional to help you navigate the process and negotiate on your behalf), I recommend that you become clear on your goals and budget for buying a home and begin your journey with a dream of the type of home you want. Once that is communicated to your agent, let the search for just the right home begin - Fannie Mae or not!

Dear Greg:

Fannie Mae lists there properties on http://www.homesteps.com.

Your Realtor can also show you Fannie Mae and other bank owned properties in Prescott. Your Realtor can also provide you a list with pictures of all bank owned properties on teh market.

If you need a Realtor in Prescott to talk to just ask.

I agree with Randy below. All banked owned homes are listed with our MLS system. I can search our MLS exclusively for Fannie Mae owned homes. Also, contact a local agent. Make sure that the agent has expereince in dealing with Fannie Mae properties. I have considerable experience with Fannie Mae and other REO owned properties in the Prescott area. looks like you are looking in the Chino Valley area. There are some amazing deals here
Give me a call, I'd be glad to help.

Contact a local Prescott area real estate agent. Fannie and Freddie list their properties for sale in the local MLS, and your buyer's agent will be able to assist and guide you.
