There is a home at 8553 Oak Arbor that is now bank owned. It was built by Riverland homes along with most on that street. In fact, both my broker and another realtor live on that street ...but that's another bit of trivia not related to your question. But we are very familiar with the builder and the previous owner such that we could give you more details than available to the general public.

if you'd like to know more about the home, the floor plan, etc. or how we could contact the bank that owns the home to make an offer, please contact me. I can get you much more detail about the specifics of the home and the circumstances.

Hi Dianne,

Just call me or any agent you want and give them the address. We can pull up the tax records and investigate MLS. Might be a short sale, foreclosure or something like it.

You can contact the County Recorder's office and find out who currently owns the house and their address or contact your Realtor and they can do it for you. If the bank owns it your Realtor can write up the offer for you and the bank will pay the Realtor's commission.
