I assume that you mean that you have met the income guidelines to qualify for the USDA Home Loan Program. Congratulations! As you know, you are also required to buy a home in an eligible rural area as defined by USDA. I recommend that you find a Realtor that is familiar with 13901 or 13850 Zip Codes and they can help you with your search. You can check the website below to make sure these Zip Codes qualify as eligible rural areas. Happy hunting!!
