Allow me to tell you what I wish someone had told me ten years ago. Once you buy a mobile home your stuck with it. Unless home prices are so high people are desperate for bargains they are almost impossible to sell. the parks won't let you rent them out or sublet and if you abandon them the park can and will trash your credit. With older models like you are talking about your likely to have to pay to have it removed from the park when you want to leave, expect it to cost thousands.
I'm trapped in a newer home, trying desperately to sell it (current price is 2,000 less than I owe) with no luck and no hope. I can't say I recommend mobile/manufactured homes its easy to get in but good luck ever getting out again.
