As mentioned below a local realtor can assist you or for a fee an appraiser can prepare an estimate of value (typically why you would want recent solds) for you.

If you are working with a Realtor, they have a database that can pull up any particular criteria for homes sold in the area that you are interesting in. This database does not allow non-board members to access it. The website does not list anything that was sold that wasn't on the mls.

If you are making an offer on a home or just wondering what homes have sold for in your neighborhood, any realtor would be able to send you comparable properties. We would just need your email address and the area that you are interested in.

Hennepin County tax records has most recent sale prices on the tax records. Or, you can look at sites like Zillow and such, but their records are inconsistently accurate. Or, you could call a REALTOR and ask if they would bring up such records for you. We have access to that information via the MLS.
