how do I apply for a grant to buy a home in Scranton, Pa.?
Are there grants I can apply for that would give me the money for the down payment and closing costs of purchasing a home in Scranton, Pa.? We are retired, been discharged on our Chapter 7 bankruptcy and lost a home in the bankruptcy. We are trying to start over again and want to live where our daughter attends collage. (Marywood University).
