You must be very troubled to ask to purchase a home at your age. Unfortunately you cannot purchase a home until you are 18. There are resources that can help you through this difficult time whether it means working things out with your mom or finding a different living solution with a trusted friend or relative. If you don't feel comfortable discussing your needs with your school counselor I can help you find some other resources of someone that can help you. You can either e-mail me or call me and I will direct you to someone that can help you.

Hmmmm....that's a tough one....

What do you do for a living? (Outside of junior high school, that is...)

Have you talked to your Dad or other relatives? Maybe they can help you and your Mom sort out what ever is bothering you.

Legally you don't have the capacity to enter into contracts until you are either 16 or 18 (I forget which), so as a practical matter you're stuck at home until then because no one will likely rent or sell to you. There is an exception for necessities, but I don't see a landlord or seller taking that risk (nor a bank for that matter).

Sorry.

Margalena, I have to agree with Robert here. Do what you can to stay home as long as you can and save your money. Think through all of your choices and the consequences of those choices.
