Hi Nijoev82,

Both areas are eligible for the no money down USDA mortgage so you can either search for homes here on Trulia or you can contact an agent & have them pull listings for you.

Here's the search results for Decatur: http://www.trulia.com/TX/Decatur/#for_sale/Decatur,TX/SINGLE…

& the results for Bridgeport: http://www.trulia.com/for_sale/SINGLE-FAMILY_HOME,TOWNHOUSE_…

The tricky part will be determining if any of the homes are not eligible based on something with the home itself. For example: If it's an income producing property like a farm or ranch it's not eligible. If it's a manufactured home it's only eligible if it's brand new or the current owner has a USDA mortgage on the home now. Out building can also be an issue but USDA recently updated the guidelines to allow a little more flexibility with them.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. You can also find info on my USDA Mortgage website by clicking the link below.

Go to website. These do change with growth of areas so make sure you get current info. An agent will help a lot. USDA website just browse USDA.?

Just contact a Realtor in that location to help.

I would suggest contacting a lender who does USDA loans. It's not a particular home but an area, or a town, that qualifies for USDA funding. The lender should know which ones, or perhaps a good realtor.
