level of valuation. So, that means you would want to find the most information about the property that is currently available should you want to purchase your current rental. A Realtor conping the property and an appraisal are two different things.
You can request a Realtor to comp the property however unless the property owner prefers release the appraiser report you would not be able to obtain that confidential to owner

Bill hit it right on the head.No one is privy to the appraisal except the owner who paid for it.
Since an appraisal is the property of the party that ordered and paid for this report and since it is generally requested by the owner of the property, you might want to consider asking your landlord for this information.
