The town of Jericho's records are definitely not online. You will have to stop by in person if you are interested in researching this yourself.

The town office is located at 67 Rt.15. If you are driving east on rt. 15 drive past Joe's Snack Bar. On the left you will see a white picket fence...it's the next driveway.

Keep in mind they are only open between 9:30-noon Monday - Thursday.

If you'd prefer, I (or any Vermont Realtor) can research this for you.

Your town might have a city assessors database online. Often those services allow you to pull up the tax and sales records for a particular property. A alternative would be to ask and agent with access to MLS.

Good luck

You can check with the town office to see if the sale has been recorded or you can ask a realtor (like me) to do a search in the MLS for you.
