Armando,

I would suggest working with a realtor who can help you find a foreclosure property. This property doesn't have any address and yes, it happens a lot with RealtyTrac. As realtors, we have the most updated info on homes available for sale. So if you are not currently working with a realtor, call me and I'd be glad to help. You can also check my website at http://www.dfwdreamhomes.net.

Que tal Armando,

At the moment there is no foreclosures on that street. I check and there was a house with similar Sq. footage of 1,940 but that was sold back in 2007 for 168K and it was not a foreclosure. All Real Estate Own properties that are for sale, get listed through our system (MLS) and if it does not show there it may be because is a nonexistent property. Be mindful that about 30% of advertised properties on websites are either not available or they simply don’t exist.

The best way to look for a property is with a Realtor. If you like I can help you, I'll be more than happy to do so. You tell me what price range, area and property type (like foreclosures) and I can find it for you, make the appointments and go show them to you.

Please let me know if you prefer for me to call you or if you don't mind here is my number 972-339-2007.

Best of luck!

Hi Armando-

Stay away from RealtyTrac. There is not a foreclosed home for sale as they have advertised. They are trying to lure you into their site which you have to pay to use.

If you are interested in foreclosures, which are very rare, I would be happy to send you information as soon as they are listed.

Foreclosures are getting multiple offers and selling at or above list price in most areas. Some of the big banks are holding onto the homes to see how many offers will come in and to see how high they think they can sell the property.

Please feel free to text, email or call and I will be happy to assist you.

Armando,
Until the property is listed there will not be information available. You can ask you agent to set up a search to notify you when a property listing comes up on Timber Crest in Frisco.
