Steering you to or from a neighborhood or a school is the thing that a realtor must avoid. A qualified realtor can help you by evauluating your needs, desires, and budget, then assist you in finding a home The best way to check out a neighborhood and schools is to find homes that you are interested in and start evaluating them with the information provided. This search and inormation can be found at my website http://www.DonBlackmon.com where you can research schools, Union County, houses by price point, by map, and by your personal needs. Please let me know if i can assist you with your search in any way.

As a realtor working with someone who is 500 miles away, I can email you all kinds of information in which you can easily determine the answers to any questions you have. I can provide you with information on crime, schools, neighborhoods, home values, potential for appreciation, things you need to know about future development in the area, etc. I just cannot steer you toward a particular area or away from a particular area, and I cannot say which are good schools and which are not so good schools. But if I put the information in front of you, you can easily make that decision on your own. I can do just about as much with you 500 miles away as if you were in the car with me. My website @ http://www.ISellUnion.com has a wealth of information about the area, which may also be of some help to you. If you're looking for an agent to assist you I'll be glad to help!
