FIRST ANSWER

Hi Dan, I checked the MLS for you, that property is pending, it went pending on 10/8/09. We can keep an eye on it to see if the deal goes through or not. It was on the market for a while at a higher price, it went back on the market 7 days ago with a much lower price, probably why it went pending so fast. Sorry
