The only information provided to Trulia by brokers are active listings. From just the Trulia perspective, having a business that is focused on helping buyers and sellers only needs active listings.
If you want to know sold information, you'll need to talk with a Realtor. The biggest issue with sold listings is knowing which ones are truly comps for the property on which you might make an offer,
As one Realtor stated, normally buyers do not pay for the services of a Realtor for representation, so I would take one of them up on it and see how it goes.
Good luck.
Hey Dan,
If you go on http://www.mlsli.com, you can find recent comps. If you're not currently working with an agent that is representing you, please contact me before putting in any offers. There is no additional costs to working with a buyer's agent rather than a broker's or seller's agent. Good luck.
