You can also find out the bank info by going to the registry of deeds. All you need is the address of the property. You can review the recors at no charge. Copies are available for a fee.

There are many lists being offered for a fee however there only one or two that are worth the money. It will give you preforeclosure properties and preauction properties. Please call or email and I will give you the information!

FIRST ANSWER

If the property has been transferred to the bank, you can check at the city hall. The Assessors' office has the records of all property ownership. Or, you can look it up at the Registry of Deeds. Or, you can tell a Realtor the address and have one of us check it for you.
