You might consider hiring a agent like myself to represent you. Basically you would be signing a Exclusive Buyers agency contract for an agreed fee, time period, and serivces. Then I would help you come up with a strategy for purchasing the home, give you my broker price opinion of the value of the home, attend the auction with you, and research many sites to determine an acceptable price for you, help you complete the transaction.
