Any local realtor should be able to provide you with an accurate list of homes that have sold in your area in the last year. They can also provide you with all homes that are currently listed for sale in your area and prices.

The best place to go would be to a local realtor. They can provide you with a list and with the sales prices. You could probably also go to the appraisal district or the county clerk. They can help you get a list, but it won't include sales prices. If you're looking for a mailing list there are all kind of companies online that will provide you mailing labels for a fee.

Your best bet is to contact a local real estate agent who will look it up for you. I'll be happy to find you someone if you can't.
