You should always verify taxes with the local assessors office.

Keep in mind that taxes do vary based on exact location, schools, size, upgrades, amenities, etc. When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors, read local print media, etc. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

My taxes are $5200, Face Value. If you pay them early you can save 2%. This area is "hugely" safe! Even though we are so close to 376 it feels like you are somewhat in the country with homes around you.

Hi, You can visit http://www.HomeFair.com and click on the city reports section for in-depth crime stats and area demographics. Other options are http://www.SpotCrime.com, http://www.CrimeReports.com, or call the local police dept.

This condo is in Forest Hills, where the property taxes in 2012 are $4025 for a $100,000 assessed home. There are shops and restaurants along Ardmore Boulevard (US 30). Forest Hills is a Tree City USA for a number of years.

See the web link for more information on the condomium.
