Liz, give it time. Prices are coming down every day in 90807. In fact, there are homes that sold in 2005 and 06 in 90807 that are selling for $250K less today.

It is not a favorable time to buy. The real estate bubble will continue to deflate. There will be plenty of homes under $500K in a couple of years.
