I think it is pretty funny that a couple of answers state that the Cape Coral City Council is putting in sewer and water utilities.

Can't say that I have ever seen Bill Deille, Gloria Tate, Peter Brandt and the rest of this crew holding shovels or driving a backhoe by the side of any Cape Coral roads. If I ever do see them, I will be sure to snap a photo or two and share with all!

Hi House hunter

The City council in Cape Coral are installing public water & sewage, the cost is being charged to each home owner, some owners have paid in full, others by installments.
We whould always check to see if there is any assessment still to pay.

If you are not currently working with a buyer's agent then I would welcome the opportunity to work with you in finding a property that meets all of your criteria.

Hello Home Buyer,
The assessments that have been impossed on the home owner for the installation of either sewer or water systems or both have been paid in full by the home owner. If both systems are needed it would run the home owner around $28,000.00.
If you are not currently working with a buyer's agent then I would like the opportunity to work with you in finding a property that meets all of your search criteria.
