You are thinking of moving in a Year or so?

Do you realize how much more you will have to pay in a year from now for a property?

The newest townhome communities in Plantation as mentioned below are Riverwalk at Lago Mar built by Centerline Homes and Emerald Creek by Lennar. Both communities of townhomes are priced starting in the high $200's and go up to the high $300's. Artesia in Sunrise is also brand new, but price points are the same as the other 2 communities.

You will need to expand your search and/or your criteria. Anything that is newer construction in this area will exceed your target price point. You may want to consider other cities, or possibly construction that is a little older. Many older properties have been upgraded, and you may find them appealing.

Best of luck!

There are new townhouses going up in Plantation NOW! You can get them at a lower price before the units are all up. One is RiverWalk at Lago Mar, 13000 W. Broward Blvd, 33325. The other is being built by Lennar is on Hiatus or Flamingo, just off of Broward Blvd. The Lennar townhouses are a little less expensive than the RiverWalk. They are all more than $150,000. Good Luck finding what you want! If you need further help, email me or call.

Plantation Florida was mainly built in the 1970's and 1980's. Hawks Landing is one of the new home communities although the homes are from the $600,000's to the millions. Artesia is a newer town home/ condo community close to Plantation where prices are in the high $200,000's to the $300,000.00's. You may need to select a few cities to meet your request.

You are able to find a condo/townhome although the year will more than likely be older than 6 to 7 years old.
