It's possible. Your best bet is is to discuss with a mortgage broker.

I am a mortgage broker. If I can be of service, please let me know!

Hi Vicky,

As a local REALTOR, I can help you with some local advice. Alot depends on you scores and your history.

I like the advice that Dunes gave you.... good info.

On the local scene, let me know if you would like to talk to some local lenders who know this market.

After that, be sure to find a local REALTOR who can represent you and ensure that your interests are protected.

Check out the local Gov approved homebuyer courses where you can learn about local programs/make contacts.....http://www.hud.gov/buying/localbuying.cfm
Read the Hud info on homebuying process...http://www.hud.gov/buying/index.cfm
Check out the FHA site/lots of info....http://portal.hud.gov/portal/page?_pageid=73,1&_dad=port…

FIRST ANSWER

Do you know anything about your credit scores? You statement about your credit is vague.
Have you ever paid anything on time? Or do you have a balance of good accounts and bad accounts?
