Helene, This is all ongoing talks. There are two proposals to extend to the north of the airport and one to the south. Nothing has been decided that I know of...There is an article about it in the Warwick Beacon which you can access http://www.warwickonline.com.

And yes, there are foreclosures in that area, but I guess not enough to warrant stabilization as most of the homes are still well maintained. (of course that is just a guess:)
