Two interior units have closed recently in the Woods in Holmdel. #91 Banyan closed on 4/17/09 for $375,000. and #56 closed on 4/16/09 for $400,000. Both were the same model, the Balmoral but #56 has a full basement.

There are currently no market comparables (sales within the last 6 months) for interior units. Two end units sold @ $375 and $399

In 2008, multiple interior units sold ranging from $370 to $450. HOWEVER, all of these sales were prior to the 9/08 downturn of the financial markets, which had the most prominent impact on housing prices. Whether you are pricing to list for sale or to purchase, taking the downturn into consideration is wise.
