As a real estate rental listing agent in Florida I get most of my leads from Craigslist. However, the more qualified tenants do search Trulia, Zillow, Hotpads, and Postlets. Good Luck.

When you place your ad you should probably not display your real email address. Craigslist and others will forward the email to you. Alternatively get a new email address just for your rental advertisement. Posting an ad for an "open house" is one of the best ways. That way you control when you meet people and you will meet the most people in the shortest time. As others have said postlets.com sends the ad to many other websites. Trulia.com, craigslist.org, and Zillow.com will probably reach almost everyone you want to reach however. As some have mentioned below tell your local real estate agents to share the info within the office they work. Many times realtors come across friends and clients that are looking to rent. Word of mouth is a great way to get quality tenants. Be sure to screen all tenants up front, this will save you money and time down the road.
Good luck

Kelingdun as the others said Postlets is a great way to get the apartment syndicated on the web. I would suggest holding an open house to show the duplex so that you can see the applicants in the most time effective manner. You can also ask your current tenants if they know anyone looking. that is how I always start the search in my rental properties.

Postlets.com It's owned by Zillow, free and syndicates to other sites. Make sure to enable syndication to Trulia...

Postlets.com seems to be popular but I recommend that you hire an agent that will place your listing on the local MLS (some agents & property managers will not and that means some of the best qualified tenants won't see your listing) and save you a lot of time and aggrevation. Good luck.
