hello, if i buy a town home in Cary, do i have to pay any fees to the township other then my taxes?

Hi Tuta,

Other than your taxes, some town home communities require a one time payment to the community when you purchase there. Of course you have your monthly home owner dues with any town home. I hope this helps.

Hi Tuta,

Wake County actually handles the property taxes. While there may be special assessments assessed by the Town of Cary, they do not assess fees normally. Home Owners associations however might.

Not to the township, but a townhome would carry HOA fees with it as well.

No. But typically there will be an Home Owners Association that requires dues to be paid at least annually
